摘　　要：“双循环”新发展格局下,加快推动企业从创新主体转变为创新主导,对于我国加快解决关键核心技术“卡脖子”问题、持续提升国家竞争力和全球高端资源的汇聚能力至关重要。我国企业的创新主导能力还相对不足,需要尽快从理论指引、顶层设计、能力提升、生态建设、要素配置等方面加大推动力度。本研究在对比分析航天科技、中车、华为、海尔、西门子、谷歌等创新型企业案例的基础上,提出中国情境下以企业为主导的创新发展模式。加强创新型领军企业的建设和进一步加强创新理论范式研究,是实现我国以企业为主的创新发展的实践诉求和理论保障。Under the new development pattern of"double cycle",accelerating the transformation of enterprises from innovation subject to innovation leader is very important for China to speed up the breakthrough of neck-sticking key core technologies,and to continuously improve the national competitiveness and the convergence ability of global high-end resources.The innovation leading ability of Chinese enterprises is still relatively insufficient,which calls efforts to strengthen the promotion from theoretical guidance,top-level design,ability improvement,ecological construction,factor allocation and other aspects as soon as possible.Based on the comparative analysis of Aerospace Science and Technology,CRRC,Huawei,Haier,Siemens,Google and other innovative enterprises,the research put forward the enterprise dominated innovation development mode in China.Strengthening the building of innovative leading enterprises and the study of innovation theoretical paradigm are the practical demand and theoretical guarantee to realize the innovative development dominated in enterprises of China.
