摘 要:针对Φ12 mm 30MnSi钢盘条为原料加工Φ10.7 mm钢棒时,成品钢棒在盘卷状态下放置一段时间发生脆性断裂的现象。为查明原因,取断裂钢棒进行分析,其断口均具有典型的沿晶断裂特征,钢棒表面有明显的机械划伤。分析认为钢棒的断裂类型属于氢致延迟断裂,提出了减少钢棒氢致断裂的措施,建议30MnSi冶炼过程应对原辅料、合金进行烘烤,浇铸过程保护浇铸、降低钢中有害元素P、S的含量及运输防护控制等措施有效控制盘条质量,避免PC钢棒氢致延迟断裂。WhenΦ12 mm 30MnSi steel wire rod is used as raw material to processΦ10.7 mm steel bar,brittle fracture occurs when the finished steel bar is placed in the coil state for a period of time.In order to find out the reason,the fracture surface of the steel bar is characterized by typical intergranular fracture and obvious mechanical scratch.The fracture type of steel bar is considered to be hydrogen-induced delayed fracture,and the measures to reduce the hydrogen-induced fracture of steel bar are put forward,It is suggested that 30MnSi should bake the raw materials and alloys,protect pouring in casting process,reduce the content of harmful elements P and S in steel and transport protection control measures to effectively control the quality of wire Rod and avoid hydrogen-induced delayed fracture of PC steel bar.
