摘 要:主要研究了电热式回转窑的传热过程,其传热过程主要分为炉膛的传热过程以及炉筒的传热过程。其中炉膛内温度较高,传热以热辐射为主,可以忽略对流换热的影响,炉筒的换热过程主要包括热辐射、热对流以及热传导过程。系统性地研究了电热式氧化铝回转窑的传热过程,建立了回转窑的传热理论模型,并通过MATLAB编程,采用四阶Runge-Kutta方法对模型进行求解,得出炉筒内的气体以及氧化铝物料的温度分布曲线,通过建立合理的电热式回转窑的理论模型,预测了窑内沿物料运动方向的温度分布情况。The heat transfer process of electric rotary kiln is mainly studied,and the heat transfer process is mainly divided into furnace heat transfer process and furnace tube heat transfer process.The temperature in the furnace is relatively high,and the heat transfer is mainly heat radiation,so the influence of convection heat transfer can be ignored.The heat transfer in the furnace tube mainly includes heat radiation,heat convection and heat conduction.The heat transfer process of the electric rotary kiln is systematically studied,and the theoretical model of the electric rotary kiln is established.The model is solved by the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method through MATLAB programming,and the temperature distribution curves of gas and alumina in the rotary kiln are obtained.By establishing a reasonable theoretical model of the electric rotary kiln,the temperature distribution along the direction of material movement in the rotary kiln is predicted.
