摘 要:根据我国锌资源储量及应用现状,发现我国缺少锌资源的现状必将影响镀锌防腐技术的发展,介绍了不同镀锌防腐技术的发展历程;再通过不同类型镀层的性能对比与技术优势分析,发现不同技术类型的防腐镀膜其所适应的应用领域存在明显差异,并详细介绍了锌铝镁镀膜工艺中的关键设备。最后,结合工程实际情况与相关热加工技术的发展趋势,明确了防腐镀层技术未来的发展方向,并指出亟待解决的技术难题。According to the reserves and application status of zinc resources in China,it is found that the lack of zinc resources in China will certainly affect the development of zinc anticorrosion technology.Through the performance comparison of different types of coatings and the analysis of technical advantages,it is found that there are obvious differences in the application fields of different types of anticorrosive coatings,and the key equipment in the Zinc,aluminum and magnesium coating process is introduced in detail.Finally,combined with the actual engineering situation and the development trend of related hot processing technology,the future development direction of anticorrosive coating technology is defined,and the technical problems to be solved are pointed out.
