摘　　要：精炼炉变压器短网是炼钢厂精炼设备的关键组成部分之一。主要介绍某钢炼钢厂精炼炉在生产过程中,短网结构中水冷电缆固定在面底板上时发生的严重发热问题,通过对此异常问题产生原因进行逐项排查,最终确定水冷补偿器存在异常的解决过程。The refining furnace transformer short net is one of the key components of the refining equipment in the steel-making plant.The serious heating problem of the bottom plate of the water-cooled cable fixed surface in the short net structure of the refining furnace in a steel refining plant during the production process is mainly introduced.The abnormal problem is gradually investigated,and finally the solution process of the abnormal water-cooling compensator is determined.
