摘 要:针对中小学、幼儿园校园安防评价方法缺乏客观性、系统性等问题,在当前校园智慧安防广泛应用的背景下,提出一种基于改进AHP-熵值法的校园安防模糊综合评价模型。模型以国家标准与教育部督导办印发的校园安全工作文件为依据,建立兼顾主客观因素的评价指标体系;运用二分k-Means对专家聚类并赋予打分权重,同时结合改进AHP法与熵值法对评价指标进行主客观组合赋权;基于模糊综合评价法对校园安防进行定性、定量评判,得到最终评价结果。实际应用证明:该模型可以依据现有日常安防数据对校园安防进行科学、全面评价。Aiming at the lack of objectivity and systemicity in the campus security evaluation methods in the primary school,secondary schools,and kindergartens,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for campus security based on the improved AHP-entropy method is proposed under the background of the widespread application of campus intelligent security.The model establishes an evaluation index system that takes into account both subjective and objective factors,which is based on the national standard and the campus safety working document issued by the ministry of education.It uses the bisecting k-Means to cluster experts and assign scoring weights,and then combines improved AHP and entropy method to assign combination weights of subjective and objective factors for evaluation indicators.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the campus security qualitatively and quantitatively,and the final evaluation result is obtained.Practical application proves that the model can scientifically and comprehensively evaluate campus security based on existing daily security data.
