摘　　要：随着世界各国对中药认可程度的不断提升,中药的安全问题也更加引起人们的关注。重金属超标不仅严重影响中药的用药安全,同时也阻碍了中药的国际贸易,制约了中医药事业的发展。而含量低微,分析检测困难这一瓶颈问题致使中药重金属研究仍然十分薄弱。适合的分析方法是解决中药重金属超标问题的关键。在调研中药重金属限量标准发展沿革的基础上,进一步分析了近几年中药重金属残留分析的文献,对重金属分析方法的发展进行了总结和展望,以期为中药重金属的分析及限量标准的制定提供依据。With the increasing recognition of traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs)in the world,its safety use has drawn more attention.The exceeding of heavy metals in TCMs not only seriously affects the safety use of TCMs,but also hinders the international trade of TCMs and restricts the development of TCMs.However,the research on heavy metals in TCMs is still very weak due to the bottleneck problem of its low content and therefore brings a difficult analysis and detection.Thus,a suitable analytical method is the key to solve this problem.In this review,the analytical methods of heavy metals have been summarized and the new trend has been discussed based on the investigation of the development of heavy metal-limit standard of TCMs.It is in the hope of providing literature basis for the analysis and limit standard formulation of heavy metals in TCMs.
