摘  要:以杭州地区典型住宅户型为例,利用建筑能耗模拟分析软件DeST-h得到住宅全年冷负荷,并根据最大信息系数法(Maximal information coefficient, MIC)确定外墙传热系数、外窗传热系数、窗墙比、设定温度、相对湿度以及换气次数对建筑全年冷负荷的影响程度。通过方差分析法验证了利用最大信息系数法识别建筑能耗关键影响因素的可行性。计算结果表明:窗墙比对建筑冷负荷的影响程度最大,最大信息系数法识别出对建筑冷负荷的影响程度为窗墙比>相对湿度>外窗传热系数>外墙传热系数>换气次数>设定温度,与方差分析的结果完全一致。This paper takes a typical residential unit type in Hangzhou as an example and adopts building energy simulation analysis software DeST-h to obtain the annual cooling load.Then,the effects of external wall heat transfer coefficient,external window transfer coefficient,window-to-wall ratio,set temperature,relative humidity and ventilation frequency on the annual cooling load are analyzed according to the maximal information coefficient(MIC)method.The analysis of variance is used to verify the feasibility of the MIC method in identifying the influencing factors of building energy consumption.The calculation results show that the window-to-wall ratio has the greatest influence on the building’s cooling load,the degree of influence on building’s cooling load is sorted as follows:window-to-wall ratio>relative humidity>external window heat transfer coefficient>external wall heat transfer coefficient>ventilation frequency>set temperature.The result obtained by MIC is completely consistent with that of the analysis of variance.
