摘 要:条带煤柱在覆岩集中应力的作用下易发生塑性破坏,从而减小有效支撑宽度,影响条带煤柱的稳定性,进而对覆岩稳定产生影响。针对以上问题,提出一种小单元矸石充填的条带煤柱保护方法。以陕西某矿条带开采为地质背景,通过FLAC 3D数值模拟,研究不同充填宽度对条带煤柱的保护效果。研究表明:随着充填宽度的增加,应力集中区域明显减小,集中应力逐渐向充填区域转移且煤柱内峰值应力持续下降,塑性区影响范围和程度不断减小;同时,煤壁侧向位移降幅不断增大,采空区顶板最大下沉量持续减小。这表明条带煤柱保护方法可有效实现转移煤柱内集中应力区和限制煤柱侧向位移,对提高条带煤柱承载能力及稳定性的探索有积极意义。Under the work of concentrated stress of overburden,strip coal pillar is prone to plastic failure,which reduces the effective support width,affects the stability of strip coal pillar,and then affects the stability of overburden rock.In view of the problems above,this thesis proposes a method of protecting strip coal pillar with small unit gangue filling.Based on the mining of a mine strip in Shannxi Province,the effect of different filling width on the protection of coal pillar in strip is studied by FLAC 3D numerical simulation.The results illustrate that with the increase of filling width,the stress concentration area decreases obviously,the concentrated stress shifts to the filling area gradually,and the peak stress in the coal pillar decreases continuously.The influence range and degree of plastic zone are decreasing continuously.At the same time,the decrease of lateral displacement of coal wall is increasing,and the maximum subsidence of roof in goaf is decreasing.The analysis illustrate that the method can effectively transfer the concentrated stress zone in the pillar and limit the lateral displacement of the pillar,which is of positive significance to the exploration of improving the bearing capacity and stability of the pillar in the strip.
