摘 要:大平煤矿3111工作面回风巷道受二次采动影响,巷道变形破坏较为严重,尤其是超前支护范围内变形呈"里口小、外口大"典型的喇叭口状,针对侧向应力、超前采动应力叠加作用下巷道围岩控制的技术难点,结合巷道分布、空间回采关系及变形破坏状况,对巷道破坏变形机理进行分析。通过FLAC3D软件模拟计算2次采动影响下巷道失稳变形破坏规律及巷道应力变化过程,得出了巷道关键加固区域的范围,提出了先注浆加固再补打加长锚索加固的技术方案。矿压监测表明,该方案能有效地控制巷道的不均匀变形,确保了巷道的安全使用,为类似条件下的巷道加固提供了参考。The return air flow in the 3111 working face of Daping Coal Mine was affected by secondary mining,and the roadway deformation and damage were serious,especially the deformation in the advanced support range showed a typical bell mouth shape of"small inside mouth and large outside mouth".In view of the technical difficulties of surrounding rock control under the action of lateral stress and ahead mining stress,combined with the distribution of roadway,the relationship between spatial mining and deformation and failure,the mechanism of roadway failure and deformation was analyzed.Through FLAC 3D software to simulate and calculate the law of roadway instability,deformation and failure and the process of roadway stress change under the influence of twice mining,the range of key reinforcement area of roadway is obtained,and the technical scheme of grouting reinforcement first and then adding extended anchor cable reinforcement was put forward.The mine pressure monitoring showed that the technical scheme can effectively control the uneven deformation of the roadway,ensure the safe use of the roadway,and provide a reference for the roadway reinforcement technology under similar conditions.
