摘  要:井壁破裂涌水不仅增加矿井生产成本,易造成井筒偏斜等安全事故,制约了矿井高质量发展。在综合分析张双楼煤矿井筒建设特点和历年治理经验的基础上,综合多种注浆材料的优点,采用井下先壁间、后壁后的破壁注浆堵水方案。结果显示,与传统的地面注浆相比,有效减少了井筒淋水,实现了快速堵漏,对同等条件下的井壁治理具有一定的借鉴意义。The rupture of the shaft wall and the water inrush not only increase the production cost of the mine,but also easily cause safety accidents such as shaft deflection,which restricts the high-quality development of the mine.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the shaft construction of Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine and the management experience over the years,the advantages of multiple grouting materials were combined,and the broken wall grouting between the first wall and the back wall was adopted to block the water.The results showed that it was different from the traditional compared with the ground grouting,it effectively reduced the wellbore water splashing and realized the rapid plugging,which had certain reference significance for the well wall treatment under the same conditions.
