摘  要:以解决当前京杭运河航道数字化程度不高、船闸智慧化程度不强、服务保障手段不足、信息共享水平不高等问题为出发点,围绕国家及江苏省在智能航运方面的发展形势与发展要求,提出京杭运河智慧航运建设思路、总体框架及智慧船闸、数字航道、服务决策与支撑平台建设方案,以期实现基础设施管养的数字化、航闸运行的智能化、辅助决策的智慧化、公众服务的图形化,将京杭运河打造成“绿色、高效、人文、智慧”的现代化运河,同时为内河航运高质量发展提供有力支撑。In order to solve the current problems in the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal waterway,such as insufficient digitalization,weak wisdom of locks,inadequate means of service security and low information sharing level,this paper focuses on the national and provincial smart shipping development situations and requirements,proposes the construction thinking,general framework and construction scheme of intelligent locks,digital waterway,service decision and support platform of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Smart Shipping,strives to realize the digitalization of infrastructure management and maintenance,the intelligence of navigation lock operation,the wisdom of auxiliary decision-making,and the graphics of public services,which can turn the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal into a modern canal that is“green,efficient,humanistic and intelligent”,and will also provide a strong support for the development of building high quality inland waterway navigation.
