摘  要:针对某以金泽水库为水源,采用前置上向流活性炭工艺的E水厂存在的出厂水三卤甲烷与耗氧量(参照上海市地方标准DB 31/T 1091-2018)有超标风险、浑浊度波动较大等水质问题进行了运行优化技术研究,并提出了优化方案。建议采用前后分段加氣的消毒方式.加氯总量调整至1.2-1.75 mg/L.前后加氯比1:2-1:2.5,聚合氯化铝投加量提高至6~7 mg/L(按Al_(2)O_(3)计),并及时更换活性炭。水厂根据优化技术方案运行6个月以上,出厂水三卤甲烷总量稳定小于0.4,浑浊度稳定控制在0.15 NTU以下,COD_(Mn)稳定小于2.0 mg/L,达到了预期效果。In view of water quality problems,such as the risk of exceeding criterion of trihalomethane and COD_(Mn),and the fluctua tion of turbidity,existing in a water treatment plant(WTP)that uses Jinze Reservoir as raw water and adopts up flow pre-activat-ed carbon process,operation optimization technology was studied,and optimization scheme was put forward.The total amount of chlo-rine and the ratio of chlorine before and after adding should be adjusted to 1.2-1.75 mg/L and 1:2-1:2.5,respectively.The dosage of poly aluminum chloride should be increased to 6-7 mg/L(according to Al_(2)O_(3)).The activated carbon in BAC filter should be re-placed in time.After running for more than 6 months according to optimized technical scheme,total trihalomethane in water from the factory was stable less than 0.4,the turbidity was controlled below 0.15 NTU,and COD_(Mn)was stable less than 2.0 mg/L,all of which have achieved the expected ffect.
