摘  要:提标改造的污水处理厂设计规模为2.5×10^(4)m^(3)/d,工程将出水标准从《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级B标准提升至一级A标准,提标的核心目标是提高生物池硝化、反硝化脱氮能力。在综合分析进水水质、出水标准要求、污水厂的运行现状后,结合生物脱碳除磷工艺污染物去除效率的影响因素,确定利用原有生物池,采用叠加式AO工艺替代生物接触氧化工艺,移除生物池内填料,重新分配缺氧和好氧池容,更改生物池曝气方式,并增设部分预处理设施。提标改造工程运行结果表明,改造后的工艺能够稳定达到设计出水水质标准,且具有良好的抗水质、水量冲击负荷能力。Design capacity of upgrading and reconstruction project of wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)was 2.5×10^(4)m^(3)/d.Eflu-ent standard of this project is required to be enhanced from the first grade B of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal W astewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002)to the first grade A.Target of upgrading and reconstruction projeet is to strengthen nitification and denitrification performance of biological treatment facility.Take into account the theory of nitrogen and phosphorus removal and some affecting factors such as characteristic of influent,target effluent standard,current status of WWTP,sequent AO process is adopted for upgrading and reconstruction project.Engineering measures includes reallocating the anoxic and oxic functional areas,removing the fllr,upgrading aeration mode,adding some physical treatment facilities are implemented.Engineering operation results show that sequent AO process can improve the quality of efluent to reach up the target grade A discharge standard.
