摘  要:广州增城市新塘污水处理厂设计规模为20万m^(2)/d,采用改良AAO生物池、周进周出辐流式二沉池纤维转盘滤池等处理I艺,尾水采用紫外线消毒,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级标准的A类标准和《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26-2001)第二时段一级标准较严值。设计通过加大生物池有效水深和选用节地处理工艺等措施,以满足用地紧张的平面布置要求;采用周边传动双管吸泥机新型设备,以减少维护工作量;采用现浇钢筋混凝土梁板结构池顶加盖+池顶绿化的密封方式,以增加厂区绿化面积;对需气池体统一由鼓风机房供气,以方便生产运营管理;设置回用水系统,以节约水资源并降低运营成本;设置复氧池,以保障尾水河道水质净化效果。实际运行结果表明,出水水质稳定达到设计要求。Design capacity of Xintang Wastewater Treatment Plant in Zengcheng City Guangzhou is 200.000 m^(3)/d,improved AAO biological tank,radial flow secondary sedimentation tank with circumferential inlet and outlet and rotary fibre disk filtration are adopted.Effluent is disinfected by UV technology,and efluent quality can meet the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Stan-dard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewoater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002)and Guangdong Province Local Standard Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants(DB 44/26-2001)second time interval level standard.In the design,measures such as increasing ffc-tive depth of biological pool and selecting land-saving treatment process are adopted to meet plane layout requirements of land short-age.New equipment of peripheral driving double pipe suction dredger is adopted to reduce maintenance workload.Sealing mode of cast-in-place reinforced concrete beam slab structure with pool top covering and greening of pool top is adopted to increase the greening area of the plant area.Air demand pool body is supplied by blower room uniformly to facilitate production and operation management.Water reuse system is set up to save water resources and reduce operating costs.Reoxygenation tank is set up to ensure the water quality purification ffect of tail water channel.Actual operation results present that ffluent quality meet design require-ments steadily.
