摘　　要：河北省丰宁县清源污水处理厂在不停产的前提下,进行扩容提标改造,提标改造后规模达到5万m^(2)/d,出水达到北京市地方标准《城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准》(DB 11/890-2012)中的A标准。扩容提标改造工程分为老厂改造和新厂扩建两部分,通过工程分段实施,可实现不停产。Hebei Fengning County Qingyuan WWTP in the premise of not stop production,the expansion of capacity upgrading transformation,after upgrading the scale of 50,000 m^(3)/d,the ffluent reached Bejing municipal local standard Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewvater Treatment Plant(DB 11/890-2012)in the A standard.Expansion and big upgrading pro-ject is divided into two parts:Old plant transformation and new plant expansion.The transformation without stopping production is re-alized through the implementation of project in stages.
