摘　　要：近几年江苏省农垦农业发展股份有限公司新洋分公司对常年稻麦轮作模式进行了更新和提升,实现了小麦产量的历史性突破。主要经验在于:一是适期适量苗,抢早播,促匀苗壮苗,为足穗大穗奠定基础;二是大力推广农业新技术、新农机具及谷物临储通风技术,实现科技创新保发展;三是绿色防控,种子处理和封闭化除控制病原发展,压低杂草繁衍,降低抗药力;四是拾边地种植,高效利用土地,不断提高农业的有效种植面积和效益;五是精细管理,有效利用农闲时节,增产增收,切实提高农业生产者的利益。本文从生产实践出发,提出江苏农垦“新洋模式”,理清从种子到粮食的各阶段重要农艺措施和创新的农业生产农机具及配套,力争为各地农业生产和经营者提供参考和建议。Xinyang Branch of Jiangsu Provincial Agricultural Reclamation and Development Corporation(hereinafter referred to as"Xinyang")has updated and improved the perennial rice-wheat rotation mode,achieving a historic breakthrough in wheat yield.The main cultivation techniques of this mode are as follows.The first is to seed at an appropriate time,select an appropriate seedling density,strive for early sowing,promote the culture of uniform and strong seedlings,so as to produce full and large panicles.The second is to vigorously promote new agricultural technology,new agricultural machinery,and effective ventilation technology for temporary grain storage,thereby realizing scientific and technological innovation to ensure sustainable agricultural development.The third is to achieve green prevention and control by means of seed treatment and pre-emergence weed control toreducepathogen propagation and weed reproduction,and to inhibit the development of drug resistance in pathogens and weeds.The fourth is to utilize scattered non-arable land for planting and increase land use efficiency,thus continuously enlarging effective planting areas and improving economic benefits of agriculture.The fifth is to perform refined management,effectively use slack seasons in farming,elevate production and income,and effectively improve the interests of agricultural producers.Based on the production practice,this paper puts forward the"Xinyang Mode"of Jiangsu Agricultural Reclamation,which clarifies important agronomic measures,innovative agricultural production tools,and supporting measures in each of the wheat growth stages.Hence,this paper provides a reference for agricultural production and operators in different regions.
