摘　　要：适用于流动性较差的长条形软质物料的智能组合秤需要考虑以下几方面的技术难点:使用螺杆供料替代振动给料的形式来解决振动对该类物料的失效问题;使用多样性的设计参数组合来解决设备需要适用多种物料输送的工况;使用单开门刮板式计量斗的形式来解决物料在计量后由于黏附导致不能完全掉落造成重量误差的问题等等。The following technical difficulties need to be considered in the intelligent combination scale for long strip soft materials with poor fluidity:using screw feeding instead of vibration feeding to solve the failure problem of vibration on such materials;Using a variety of design parameter combinations to solve the equipment needs to be suitable for a variety of material transport work;The single door scraper type metering bucket is used to solve the problem of weight error caused by incomplete falling of materials due to adhesion after metering.
