浅谈提高高炉喷吹罐称重系统的设备运行稳定性

摘　　要：本文结合韶钢炼铁厂8号高炉喷吹罐称重系统设备优化改善,分析炼铁厂喷吹罐秤故障原因,并针对故障原因提出问题解决方案;通过对设备改善前后运行状态对比论证设备问题解决方案的科学性,阐述炼铁厂喷吹罐称重系统运行过程中,降低设备故障频次,提高设备运行稳定性的具体措施和方法。In this paper,combined with the optimization and improvement of the weighing system of No.8 blast furnace in Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the causes of the faults of the weighing system are analyzed,and the solutions to the problems are put forward;Through the comparison of the operation status before and after the improvement of the equipment,the scientificity of the solution to the equipment problems is demonstrated,and the specific measures and methods for reducing the frequency of equipment failures and improving the stability of the equipment operation in the operation process of the weighing system of the injection tank in the ironmaking plant are described.
