摘 要:[目的]以烟草根结线虫感病烟株根际土壤为研究对象,探寻健康与感病烟株根际土壤7种酚酸物质(对羟基苯甲酸、丁香酸、阿魏酸、4-香豆酸、肉桂酸、香草酸、阔马酸)变化特征,为有效防控该病提供理论依据。[方法]采用HPLC技术分别检测感病和健康烟株根际土壤中酚酸物质含量,分析感病与健康烟株根际土壤酚酸物质的含量差异。[结果]健康及根结线虫感病烟株根际土壤中均检测出6种酚酸类物质,除4-香豆酸变化不明显外,感病烟株根际土壤中对羟基苯甲酸、香草酸、丁香酸、阿魏酸和肉桂酸含量均较健康烟株有所增加。其中玉溪试验区感病根际土壤中对羟基苯甲酸和丁香酸增加量达31.0%和35.0%,差异显著;同时,阿魏酸、肉桂酸、香草酸也呈现累积效应,分别较健康根际土壤增长了14.7%、18.0%及6.7%;同样,在九乡试验区土壤样品中香草酸含量变化较大,其感病烟株根际土壤中的含量较健康烟株增加38%,而对羟基苯甲酸含量变化较小,仅增长2.5%,同时丁香酸、阿魏酸及肉桂酸含量分别较健康土壤增长17%、5.4%及21.5%。[结论]感病烟株根际土壤酚酸类物质含量及潜在功能与健康烟株显著不同,土壤微生态环境中的生物因子和非生物因子互作,对根际土壤酚酸类物质的变化特征塑造起重要作用;同时不同区域的自然和管理条件差异,及植物对不同生态位的选择和适应可能会导致根系分泌物组成和含量发生较大改变。[Objective]This article takes the rhizosphere soil of tobacco root-knot nematode susceptible tobacco plants as the research object to explore 7 phenols in the rhizosphere soil of healthy and susceptible tobacco plants.The change characteristics of acid substances(p-hydroxybenzoic acid,syringic acid,ferulic acid,4-coumaric acid,cinnamic acid,vanillic acid,colmaric acid)provide a theoretical basis for effective prevention and control of the disease.[Method]HPLC technology was used to detect the phenolic acid content in the rhizosphere soil of susceptible and healthy tobacco plants respectively,and the difference of phenolic acid content in the rhizosphere soil of susceptible and healthy tobacco plants was analyzed.[Result]6 phenolic acids were detected in the rhizosphere soil of healthy and root-knot nematode susceptible tobacco plants.Except for 4-coumaric acid,the rhizosphere soil of susceptible tobacco plants had no obvious changes.The contents of benzoic acid,vanillic acid,syringic acid,ferulic acid and cinnamic acid were all increased compared with healthy tobacco plants.Among them,the increase of p-hydroxybenzoic acid and syringic acid in the susceptible rhizosphere soil of Yuxi experiment reached 31.0%and 35.0%,which were significantly different.At the same time,ferulic acid,cinnamic acid and vanillic acid also showed a cumulative effect,which increased respectively compared with healthy rhizosphere soil.In the same way,the vanillic acid content in the soil samples of Jiuxiang test changed greatly.The content in the rhizosphere soil of susceptible tobacco plants increased by 38%compared with healthy tobacco plants.The content of formic acid changed slightly,only increasing by 2.5%,while the content of syringic acid,ferulic acid and cinnamic acid increased by 17%,5.4%and 21.5%respectively compared with healthy soil.[Conclusion]The above results indicate that the content and potential functions of phenolic acids in the rhizosphere soil of susceptible tobacco plants are significantly different from those of hea
