摘　　要：总结了目前乡村旅游地产的开发前困境,基于土地流转分析乡村旅游地产开发现状,探索在利益相关者视角下乡村旅游地产开发的主要过程,并根据当前乡村旅游开发中的土地流转模式,提出乡村旅游地产开发的建议,寻求二者间相互影响相互促进的可持续发展思路,推进乡村和谐发展。This paper summarized the difficulties encountered in the development of rural tourism real estate,analyzed the development status of rural tourism real estate based on land transfer,and according to the current land transfer model in rural tourism development,put forward suggestions for rural tourism real estate development,and sought a new approach for sustainable development to mutual influence and mutual reinforce between land transfer and rural tourism real estate,promote the harmonious development of rural.
