摘　　要：在“一带一路”背景下、西部民族地区中外合作办学项目存在教学资源引进相对不足,中外双方共同开发课程少,外部质量保障力度不足、双方合作的深度和广度不够等问题。这些问题影响中外合作办学质量的提升。通过借鉴东部地区中外合作办学成功经验,结合呼伦贝尔学院自身发展实际,在提高生源质量、引进优质教学资源、加强质量监控体系建设三个方面提出提升西部民族地区地方高校中外合作办学质量的策略,对促进中外合作办学研究的理论与实践进一步融合,提升中外合作办学质量,促进中外合作办学可持续发展意义重大。Under the background of the“Belt and Road”,sino-foreign cooperative education projects in the western ethnic regions have relatively insufficient introduction of teaching resources,fewer courses jointly developed by the Chinese and foreign parties,insufficient external quality assurance,and insufficient depth and breadth of cooperation between the two sides.By learning from the successful experience of sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in the eastern region and combining with the actual development of Hulunbuir university,it proposes strategies to improve the quality of sino-foreign cooperative education in local colleges and universities in the western ethnic regions in three aspects:improving the quality of students,introducing high-quality teaching resources,and strengthening the construction of a quality monitoring system.It is of great significance to promote the further integration of the theory and practice of Chinese-foreign cooperative education,improve the quality of Chinese-foreign cooperative education,and promote the sustainable development of Chinese-foreign cooperative education.
