摘 要:目的:深入分析在妇产科急诊接诊整个流程中存在的护理风险因素,并研究相应的危机管理干预措施。方法:选取2020年1月至6月妇产科急诊接诊的200例孕妇为本次研究对象,该时期未实施危机管理干预(未实施组),再选取2020年7月至12月妇产科急诊接诊的200例孕妇,该时期实施危机管理干预对策(实施组),分别比较不同时期发生护理风险情况、医疗纠纷发生情况、对本次护理工作满意程度。结果:实施组在各个环节中风险事件发生率远远低于未实施组(P<0.05)。结论:深入分析妇产科急诊接诊中各种潜在的风险,并实施危机管理,可有效降低风险事件的发生,故值得临床借鉴和推广。Objective:to analyze the nursing risk factors in the whole process of emergency treatment of Obstetrics and Gynecology and to study the corresponding crisis management intervention measures.Methods:200 pregnant women who received emergency treatment in obstetrics and gynecology from January to June 2020 were selected as the research object.The crisis management intervention(not implemented group)was not implemented in this period,and 200 pregnant women who received emergency treatment from July to December 2020 were selected.The strategies of crisis management intervention were implemented in this period(implementation group),and the nursing risk situation,medical disputes occurred in different periods were compared Satisfaction with the nursing work.Results:the risk events incidence in the implementation group was much lower than that of the non implementation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:in-depth analysis of the potential risks in emergency treatment of Obstetrics and Gynecology,and the implementation of crisis management can effectively reduce the occurrence of risk events,so it is worth clinical reference and promotion.
