摘 要:目的:在ABO新生儿溶血病患儿输血前分别应用两种检测技术,并分析其应用价值。方法:选取68例ABO新生儿溶血病患儿,均进行MGT、MPT检测,分析配血结果。结果:68例患者,交叉配血386次,直接抗人球蛋白阳性、阴性患者的血清、放散液MPT、MGT检测不合格率均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:在ABO新生儿溶血病患儿输血前进行MGT检验不合格率更低,有利于保障输血安全。Objective:To apply two detection techniques before blood transfusion in ABO children with hemolytic disease of newborn and analyze their application value.Methods:68 cases of ABO neonatal hemolytic disease were selected,Mgt,MPT detection,blood matching results were analyzed.Results:Among 68 patients,386 times of cross matching,the unqualified rates of MPT and Mgt in serum and effusion of patients with direct anti human globulin positive and negative patients were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The unqualified rate of Mgt test before blood transfusion in ABO children with hemolytic disease of newborn is lower,which is conducive to ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
