乌东德水电站施工期浮游植物群落特征变化及影响因子分析

摘  要:为研究乌东德水电站施工建设对金沙江下游浮游植物群落结构的影响,分别于2018年9月及2019年6月对浮游植物展开调查,结合施工期的浮游植物数据,与施工前的浮游植物数据进行对比分析。结果表明,调查期间共检出浮游植物115种,隶属6门63属,以硅藻门和绿藻门数量最多,分别占总种类数的60%和24.35%;7个采样点浮游植物平均种类数、密度和生物量都有明显的季节变化,且变化趋势相同,秋季高于春季。施工期浮游植物种类、密度、生物量组成及其季节分布趋势与施工前存在一定差异,主要因为河道地形结构受到工程的影响,河流流动发生改变。In order to study the impact of the construction of Wudongde Hydropower Station on the phytoplankton community structure in the lower reaches of Jinsha River,two surveys of phytoplankton are carried out in September 2018 and June 2019 respectively.The phytoplankton data during the construction period is compared with the data before the construction.The results show that,(a)total 115 species of phytoplankton that subjected to 63 genera of 6 phyla are detected during the investigation period,and most of them are Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta which accounted for 60%and 24.35%of the total number of phytoplankton respectively;and(b)the average species number,density and biomass of phytoplankton in 7 sampling sites all have obvious seasonal changes,and the change trend is the same,that is high in autumn and low in spring.The phytoplankton species,density,biomass composition and seasonal distribution trend during the construction period of Wudongde Hydropower Station are different from those before the construction,and the main cause is that the topographic structure of river channel is affected by the project and the river flow is changed significantly.
