摘 要:为全面实现黄河流域水资源科学合理调配,研究利用水利信息化技术,以资源整合和信息共享为手段,以黄河流域水资源管理日常业务为重点,建立了黄河流域水资源调配决策支持系统。系统采用基于Java的C/S与B/S相结合的结构模式,涉及可视化、数据库、网络、GIS等多种技术,通过基础资料的处理对流域进行水资源优化配置与调度。经过实际运用系统运行良好,可有效落实最严格的水资源管理制度,对实现水资源优化配置和高效利用提供技术支撑与辅助决策。In order to fully realize the scientific and rational allocation of water resources in the Yellow River Basin,a decision-making support system for water resources allocation in the Yellow River Basin is established by using the water conservancy informatization technology,using resources integration and information sharing as means and focusing on the daily professional works of water resources management in the Yellow River Basin.The system adopts the combination of C/S and B/S based on Java,involving visualization,database,network,GIS and other technologies,and the optimal allocation and scheduling of water resources is carried out through basic data processing.The system runs well through practical application,which contributes to the effective implementation of the strictest water resource management system,and provides technical support and auxiliary decision-making for optimal allocation and efficient utilization of water resources.
