群组决策下混合判断矩阵的评价模型

摘　　要：考虑到并非所有指标都具有互反或互补特性,而专家评价时较易给出同时具有互反、互补及区间特点的区间混合判断矩阵,因此引入群组决策理论来弱化单个专家的主观性,从而构建群组决策下区间混合判断矩阵的评价模型,用于求解指标的排序向量。其中,基于聚类理论和矩阵的一致性,将专家权重分为类间和类内权重计算,这样就能兼顾群组专家赋值的完整性和个体主观性。最后将模型应用到爆破工程中进行安全评价,获得了爆破施工安全的影响因素排列顺序。实例表明该模型有效、可行,对类似研究具有一定的参考价值。Considering that not all indicators have reciprocal or complementary characteristics,and the experts are more likely to give interval hybrid judgment matrix with reciprocal,complementary and interval characteristics,the group decision making is introduced to weaken the subjectivity of a single expert,so as to construct the evaluation model of interval hybrid judgment matrix under group decision,which is used to solve the priority vector of indicators.Based on the consistency of clustering theory and matrix,the expert weights are divided into inter-class and intra-class weights,so that the integrity and individual subjectivity of group expert assignment can be taken into account.Finally,the model is applied to the safety evaluation of blasting engineering,and the sequence of influencing factors of blasting construction safety is obtained.The example analysis shows that the model is effective and feasible,and has certain reference value.
