摘  要:水轮发电机组在不同运行工况下,将表现出不同的振动状态或故障现象。针对水轮机轴系的这种振动时变性,提出利用形状记忆合金(SMA)开展对该系统的新型主动振动控制研究。在SMA材料试验研究的基础上,进一步进行了系统理论分析和数值实验研究,建立了具有SMA控制器的水轮发电机组轴系的非线性振动模型和控制方法。分别考虑单一和耦合激励作用下,通过计算相应的分岔图等研究了SMA控制器对水轮发电机组轴系非线性振动的影响。结果表明:SMA主动控制器对水轮发电机组轴系有明显的减振效果,可以有效减小水轮机的在不同运行工况下的振动幅值,改善系统的整体振动状态,提高其运行稳定性。Hydro-generator unit will show different vibration states or fault phenomenon under different operating conditions.Aiming at the time-varying vibration of hydro-generator shaft system,a new active vibration control system based on shape memory alloy(SMA)is proposed.On the basis of SMA material experimental research,further theoretical analysis and numerical experimental research are carried out.The nonlinear vibration model and control method of hydro-generator shaft system with SMA controller are established.The effects of SMA controller on the nonlinear vibration of the hydro-generator shaft system are studied by considering the corresponding bifurcation diagram under the action of single and coupled excitation.The results show that the SMA active controller has obvious vibration reduction effect on the hydro-generator shaft system,which can effectively reduce the vibration amplitude of the hydro turbine shafting and improve the stability of hydro-generator unit.
