摘  要:针对储氢设备容量配置存在的经济性和并网风电质量往往不能兼得的问题,建立了风氢互补发电系统储氢容量配置双层规划模型,同时以“泛在电力物联网”为背景,将氢能交易带来的利润计入成本当中。根据风电波动特性,选用改进中值滤波算法以特定频率对风电输出信号采样,改进算法的选择算子以提高遗传算法全局搜索能力。最后在Matlab中仿真对比3种方案,结果证明改进算法具有一定的优势且所提优化方案可降低风电波动率以及储氢容量。In order to solve the problem that the system economy of hydrogen storage capacity configuration and the quality of grid-connected wind power cannot be satisfied at the same time,a bi-level programming model for the hydrogen storage capacity configuration of wind-hydrogen complementary power generation system is established,and at the same time,based on the background of the"Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things",the profit brought by hydrogen energy trading is included in the cost.According to the fluctuation characteristics of wind power,an improved median filter algorithm is selected to sample the wind power output signal at a specific frequency,and the selection operator of the algorithm is improved to increase the global search ability of the genetic algorithm.Finally,three schemes are simulated in Matlab and compared,and the results show that the improved algorithm has certain advantages and the proposed optimization scheme can reduce wind power fluctuation rate and hydrogen storage capacity.
