“一带一路”倡议背景下中华民族文化对外传播的路径与形式探究

摘　　要：跨文化传播是人类文化存在与发展中最为普遍的一种现象,同时也是所有人类文化获得发展动力的重要来源之一。历史上我国文化对外传播为人类文明的发展作出了积极贡献。“一带一路”倡议为我国文化对外传播带来了新的机遇与格局:中华民族文化对外传播既能借鉴我国跨文化传播的历史交流经验,也能借助“一带一路”倡议新契机,与时俱进地丰富与拓展传播形式与途径,以适应时代发展需要。中华民族文化传播路径与形式包括官方和民间两大传播主体所主导的口碑传播、品牌塑造、实体展示、多媒体呈现、文创产业、民间交流等多种样式,早期建构的传播路径在当前势头强劲,新出现的传播路径也呈现出不断发展的态势。Cross-cultural communication is the most common phenomenon mirroring the existence and development of human culture,and also one of the important sources of the developmental momentum for all human cultures.History has witnessed the contributions to the development of human civilization through the international transmission of the culture of the Chinese nation.The“One Belt and One Road Initiative”has offered new opportunities and patterns for the international transmission of the culture of the Chinese nation.Such international transmission can not only learn from the historical experience but also take advantage of the new opportunities of the“Belt and Road Initiative”to enrich the transmission forms and channels for keeping pace with the times and to meet the needs of the historical development.The channels and forms of international transmission of the culture of the Chinese nation include the official and private approaches such as oral communication,the construction of famous brands,exhibits,multimedia presentation,cultural and creative industry,and non-governmental exchanges.Early transmission channels still have a strong momentum nowadays,and the newly emerging transmission channels are also enjoying a trend of continuous development.
