尿路造口患者照顾者照顾能力及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨尿路造口患者照顾者的照顾能力现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年10月至12月天津市某肿瘤专科医院门诊复诊的患者及主要照顾者各200例作为研究对象,采用尿路造口患者一般资料调查表、主要照顾者一般资料调查表、家庭照顾者照顾能力量表和领悟社会支持评定量表进行调查研究。结果尿路造口患者照顾者照顾能力得分为(14.56±7.10)分,多元线性回归分析结果显示,并发症、造口治疗费用、造口术后时间和照顾者文化程度及社会支持是尿路造口患者照顾者照顾能力的影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论尿路造口患者照顾者的照顾能力受到多方面的影响,应特别关注造口并发症多、造口治疗费用高、术后时间短、照顾者文化程度低、社会支持低的照顾者,并采取相应的措施,提高此类照顾者的照顾能力。Objective To investigate status on care ability of caregivers of patients with urinary tract stoma,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 200 caregivers of patients with urinary tract stoma were surveyed with convenience from October to December 2019.General information questionnaire of patients and caregivers,Family Caregiver Task Inventory(FCTI)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)were used.Results The score of caring ability was(14.56±7.10).Multiple regression analysis showed that stoma complications,treatment cost,postoperative time,education of the primary caregiver and social support were factors which affected caregivers'caring ability(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Care ability of caregivers is affected by many factors.Special attention and targeted measures should be taken to caregivers for high complications,high treatment costs,and short postoperative time,as well as those with low education and social support.
