摘 要:目的探讨音乐分娩产前培训对孕晚期妇女分娩恐惧及自我效能的影响。方法将192例定期产前检查的孕晚期妇女随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组给予常规产前健康教育,干预组在常规产前健康教育基础上实施为期3周的音乐分娩产前培训,利用分娩态度问卷、分娩自我效能感量表对两组孕妇分别在入组前、干预后进行分娩恐惧及分娩自我效能的评价。结果干预前,两组孕妇基线资料、分娩恐惧以及分娩自我效能得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组孕妇分娩恐惧、分娩自我效能及其各维度评分均优于干预前和对照组同期(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论音乐分娩产前培训能提升孕晚期妇女的分娩自我效能感,有效减轻其分娩恐惧,音乐分娩产前培训能给孕晚期妇女带来积极的孕产期心理体验,并为进一步完善产前教育体系提供了依据。Objective To explore the influence of music delivery prenatal training on childbirth fear and self-efficacy of women in late pregnancy.Methods A total of 192 women in late pregnancy who came to the hospital regularly for antenatal examination were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The control group received routine antenatal health education,and the intervention group received 3-week antenatal training of music delivery on the basis of routine antenatal health education.Childbirth Attitude questionnaire(CAQ)and Childbirth Self-efficacy Inventory were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the two groups of pregnant women before the time of enrollment and after intervention,and to evaluate the fear of childbirth and self-efficacy of childbirth.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in baseline data,delivery fear and delivery self-efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of fear of childbirth,self-efficacy of childbirth and each dimension in the intervention group were better than those before the intervention and the control group in the same period(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Music delivery prenatal training can improve the self-efficacy of pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy,and effectively reduce the fear of childbirth in pregnant women in late pregnancy.This model can bring positive psychological experience to women in late pregnancy and provide basis for further improving the prenatal education system.
