摘　　要：基于突发公共卫生事件下的读者现实需求分析和新冠肺炎疫情下图书馆服务实践取得的经验以及暴露出的问题,对突发公共卫生事件发生前、发生中和发生后三个阶段中,图书馆的服务机制、服务模式、服务内容、服务平台和相关研究进行重点阐述,提出一套“事件前—事件中—事件后—事件前”的闭环式应急服务体系,为突发公共卫生事件下的图书馆应急服务提供参考。Based on the analysis of users'needs in public health emergenciesand the problems and experience in the service practice under the current epidemic situation,this paper expounds the service mechanism,service mode,service content,service platform and related research focus in the library before,during and after the occurrence of public health emergencies.A set of closed-loop emergency service system of“pre-event,mid-event,post-ent,pre-event”is formed,which is more scientific and standardized,so as to provide a powerful reference for the library to carry out services in the face of public health emergencies,so as to demonstrate the service ability and service level of the library in the epidemic examination.
