软件工具类科学创新扩散中的中介角色特征分析——以CiteSpace为例

摘　　要：针对目前科学创新扩散研究对于工具类创新实体及扩散网络的中介角色研究的缺失,文章对软件工具类科学创新实体展开研究,辨别扩散过程中的中介文献,探究其在科学创新扩散中的代理特性及作用机理,进一步提高知识利用率和转化率。研究选取CiteSpace软件工具在2004-2019年间的科学创新扩散网络作为实例,采用中间人分析识别中介文献,并对文献的分布特征和内容特征分别进行讨论。研究发现CiteSpace扩散网络中的中介角色在分布层面有集中性,形成了核心团体,在内容层面有创新性,与研究热点和领域前沿紧密结合,其在科学创新扩散中发挥着主导媒介作用。In view of the lack of research on the intermediary role of tool innovation entities and diffusion network in the current research on scientific innovation diffusion,this paper studies the software tool scientific innovation entities,identifies the intermediary literature in the diffusion process,and explores its agent characteristics and mechanism in the diffusion of scientific innovation,so as to further improve the utilization rate and conversion rate of knowledge.This paper selects the scientific innovation diffusion network of CiteSpace software tool from 2004 to 2019 as an example,uses brokerage analysis to identify intermediary literature,and discusses the distribution characteristics and content characteristics of literature respectively.It is found that the mediating role of CiteSpace diffusion network is centralized at the distribution level,forming a core group,innovative at the content level,and closely combined with research hotspots and frontiers.It plays a leading role in the diffusion of scientific innovation.
