摘　　要：目的:调查三甲综合医院工勤人员对新型冠状病毒肺炎知识、态度和行为现状,以降低院内感染的风险。方法:采用便利抽样法对四川省11家三甲综合医院工勤人员进行新型冠状病毒肺炎防护知识、态度和行为的问卷调查。结果:在知识方面,女性得分良好者占比高于男性(P<0.05),中央运输工人、科室工人均高于保安及营养配餐员(P<0.05)。态度方面,中央运输工人得分良好占比高于保安及营养配餐员,本科以上学历者态度较为消极(P<0.05)。行为方面,20-29岁及30-39岁年龄组、未婚及结婚、月收入2000-3000元的工勤人员较好(P<0.05)。结论:四川省11家三甲综合医院工勤人员的总体知识、态度和行为并不令人满意,需要针对性制定知识、防护技能的培训和考核,以降低院内感染的潜在风险。Objective:To investigate the non-medical workers’knowledge of and attitude towards COVID-19 as well as how they dealt with it so as to reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to investigate the above-mentioned three issues in 11 Grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province.Results:In terms of knowledge and behavior,the proportion of women with good scores was higher than that of men(P<0.05),and central transportation workers and department workers with good scores accounted for a larger share than security guards and nutrition catering staff(P<0.05).As for attitude,the proportion of central transport workers with good scores was higher than that of security guards and catering staff,whereas those with bachelor's degree or above had a more negative attitude(P<0.05).With regard to behavior,the workers aged 20-29 and 30-39,unmarried and married,with a monthly income of 2000-3000 RMB performed better.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The non-medical workers’knowledge of Covid-19 and attitude towards it as well as how they dealt with it in those hospitals in Sichuan province were not satisfactory.Therefore,it is necessary to train and test their knowledge and protection skills so as to reduce the potential risk of nosocomial infection.
