摘 要:针对微光机电引信安全系统光路耦合能量损耗机理不明、光路设计依据不足等问题,从微光机电引信安全系统工作原理出发,对激光在光纤中传输的基础理论进行分析,建立了双光纤对准光纤仿真模型和模拟实验系统,通过仿真计算和实验模拟研究微光机电引信安全系统激光能量的传递特性。仿真和实验结果表明,在轴向、径向和角度偏离等多重因素的影响下,激光能量的传输效率会明显降低,其中角度偏离的影响最大。在微光机电引信安全系统光路的设计过程中,应重点保证角度的对准性,在叠加径向偏移时角度偏离不大于1°。For the problems of micro-optical-electro-mechanical(MOEMS)fuze safety and arming(S&A)system with unrevealed laser energy loss mechanism during coupling and poor design basis of optical path,the basic theory of laser transmission in optical fibers was analyzed based on the working principle of S&A system,the simulation model and experimental system of dual fibers alignment were established,the laser energy transmission properties of the S&A system were investigated by simulating and testing.The simulation results showed that the laser energy transmission efficiency will be significantly reduced with influence of multiple factors such as axial,radial and angular deviation,among which the angle deviation was the main factor.Therefore,controlling angle alignment of coupled fibers was the most important thing in process of optical path designing for S&A system,and the angle deviation should not be larger than 1°when radial offset was superimposed.
