摘 要:针对目前常规兵器弹载遥测装置功耗大、集成度低、通用性差的问题,提出基于AD9361芯片的弹载一体化射频前端。该射频前端基于AD9361单芯片架构,结合AD9361芯片使用性能对射频前端的传输损耗进行分析,加入低噪放及功放提高灵敏度和发射功率用于补偿,并对AD9361芯片进行了配置。测试验证结果表明,AD9361芯片的弹载一体化射频前端能够满足系统灵敏度和作用距离等设计指标,并具有低功耗、高集成度及良好通用性的特点。Aiming at the problems of large power consumption,low integration,and poor versatility of conventional weapon-borne telemetry devices,a missile-borne integrated radio frequency front end based on AD9361 is proposed.The RF front end was based on the AD9361 single-chip architecture,combined with the performance of the AD9361 to analyze the transmission loss of the RF front-end,added a low-noise amplifier and a power amplifier to improve sensitivity and transmit power for compensation,and configured the AD9361.Test verification results showed that the missile-borne integrated radio frequency front end based on AD9361 could meet the design indicators such as system sensitivity and operating range,and had the characteristics of low power consumption,high integration and good versatility.
