张金哲院士“八字诀”在小儿肿瘤外科护理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨张金哲院士提出的“八字诀”在小儿外科护理中的应用效果。方法采用回顾性研究,比较2018年我院肿瘤外科治疗的常规护理组558例患儿和2019年采用“八字诀(多哄少碰,多讲少替)”护理的531例患儿的观察指标。结果与常规护理组相比,八字诀组基础护理质量增高(t=6.847,P=0.000),术后患儿卡氏功能状态评分增高(t=2.228,P=0.034),患儿照护者的满意度提高(χ^(2)=9.154,P=0.002);术后患儿护理并发症的发生减少(χ^(2)=4.604,P=0.026)。结论八字诀的应用,不仅提高了护理质量,减少了患儿术后护理并发症的发生,提高了患儿家长的满意度;而且使患儿照护者在全程参与护理患儿的过程中学会基本护理方法,有效提高了患儿术后的生活质量;密切了患儿、患儿照护者和护理人员之间的关系;为促进家庭参与式护理模式下的延续性护理奠定了基础。Objective To explore the application and effect of"Eight-Characters formula"proposed by Academician Zhang Jinzhe in pediatric oncological surgery nursing.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to compare the observation indicators of 558 children in the conventional nursing group of oncological surgery department in 2018 and 531 children in the"Eight-Characters formula"nursing group of oncological surgery department in 2019.Results Compared with the conventional nursing group,in the"Eight-Characters formula"nursing group,the nursing quality score was higher(t=6.847,P=0.000),the Karnofsky performance score(KPS)was higher(t=2.228,P=0.034),the satisfaction of the nursing service quality was higher(χ^(2)=9.154,P=0.002)and the nursing complications after surgery was lower(χ^(2)=4.604,P=0.026).Conclusions As a new method of pediatric nursing,the application of the"Eight-Characters formula"not only helps to shorten the hospitalization time of children,reduce the occurrence of nursing complications after operation,improve the satisfaction of parents of children,but also enables the caregivers of children to participate in the whole process of nursing patients,which helps them learn basic nursing methods to improve the quality of life of children after surgery,the relationship between patients,caregivers and nurses gets closer and this lay the foundation for promoting continuity nursing under family participatory nursing mode.
