摘  要:通过3种水质稳定模型对某热电厂反渗透浓水进行水质稳定性分析,对其结垢趋势进行了判断。以浓水回用为目的,提出了以水质稳定性分析为依据的软化处理方案,并依托电导率的检测与评价技术设计了阻垢剂投加量的优化实验。结果表明:雷兹纳稳定指数(RSI)和帕科拉兹指数(PSI)对反渗透浓水软化条件的优化具有一定的指导意义,控制反渗透浓水的pH值为9.0~9.5,或投加阻垢剂2.5μg/L后反渗透浓水进入回收单元时无结垢倾向。Based on three water quality stability models,the scaling of reverse osmosis concentrate in a thermal power plant is investigated.In order to reuse the concentrate,a softening treatment based on the analysis of water stability is proposed,and the optimization experiment of scale inhibitor dosage is designed based on the evaluation technology of conductivity.The results show that Ryznar Stability Index and Puckorius Scaling Index has certain guiding significance for the condition of the softening pre-treatment.When the pH of RO concentrated water is 9.0~9.5 or scale inhibitor concentration is 2.5μg/L,there is no scaling tendency when RO concentrated water enters the recovery unit.
