Objective To explore the effects of focused solution mode on self-perceived burden in home care of patients with diabetic foot. Methods A total of 68 diabetic foot home care patients who belonged to the community health center from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 34 cases each. The control group was given routine discharge guidance and a telephone follow-up.Based on this, the observation group was given an additional focused solution mode intervention for 6 months. The self-perceived burden and anxiety of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results There was no significant difference in the self-perceived burden and anxiety scores between the two groups of patients before the intervention(P>0.05).The scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after the intervention, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Focused solution mode intervention can significantly improve the self-perceived burden and anxiety of diabetic foot home care patients.
