摘　　要：本文介绍了宝武集团韶钢特轧厂棒一(2)线在线电子平台秤在使用中遇到的故障问题,并就这些问题进行要因分析,从而制定相应的对策,并择机进行设备改善,从而降低了在线电子平台秤的故障率,确保了生产可控顺行。This paper introduces the fault problems of online electronic platform scale in Baowu group Shaogang special rolling plant,and analyzes the main causes of these problems,so as to formulate corresponding countermeasures,and select the machine to improve the equipment,so as to reduce the fault rate of online electronic platform scale and ensure the controllable operation of production.
