多体裁学术文档信息单元相关性研究——基于任务与语言功能单元关系的探索

摘　　要：随着信息组织与检索对象的粒度从文档整体细化至局部信息单元,用户需求与文档之间的相关性问题亟待深入至信息单元的层面进行探索和检验。本文利用体裁的情境、认知和粒度特性,将文档整体细化至其体裁所包含的信息单元-语言功能单元,在交互式检索框架下探索用户信息任务、多体裁语言功能单元等因素,以及其交互作用对感知有用性的影响。本文采用问卷调查法开展两轮调查,采取分层抽样方法招募图书情报学领域的研究人员、博士研究生和硕士研究生,分别对任务与语言功能单元分类体系进行评估,对任务和语言功能单元对感知有用性的影响进行调查。研究发现,用户的感知有用性取决于任务、语言功能单元及二者的交互作用;网络文档使用频率也可影响各任务下感知有用性水平。相关研究结果明晰了相关性判断中基于任务和多体裁语言功能单元的情境和认知标准,为任务与体裁之间的关联关系寻求底层的解释机制,因而有助于提高检索系统从多体裁网络文档中检索信息片段的情境与认知的相关性,为细粒度智能信息组织与服务提供方法参考。Since the focus of information object in information organization and retrieval is changing from the whole document to the within-document information unit,it is necessary to study the correlation between the user’s need and information unit.Based on situational,cognitive,and granular attributes of genre,this paper explores the effects of information task,multi-genre functional unit and their interaction on perceived usefulness within the framework of interactive retrieval.We conducted two rounds of surveys with participants recruited by stratified sampling from the field of library and information science.The results show that perceived usefulness depends on the information task and functional unit,and their interaction effect;the frequency of online academic document usage can also affect perceived usefulness by each task.Based on the association between information task and multi-genre functional unit,this paper deepens our understanding of the situational and cognitive criteria in relevance judgment and the underlying mechanisms of task and genre relationship.Thus,this study will help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fine-grained information retrieval and aggregation of online academic resources.
