摘 要:以配位阳离子苄基吡啶鎓盐和配位阴离子二硫烯镍(Ⅲ)作为原料,合成了一种DMIT(1,3-二硫醚-2-硫酮-4,5-二硫烯)化合物[N-(4-硝基-苄基)-吡啶][Ni(dmit)2],并通过旋涂法制备掺杂质量比为1%的DMIT类化合物/PMMA复合薄膜。对化合物进行了红外光谱表征,对复合薄膜进行了扫描电镜和荧光光谱测试。荧光光谱测试分析表明,单独的化合物及PMMA均无荧光,混合后得到的[N-(4-硝基-苄基)-吡啶][Ni(dmit)2]/PMMA复合薄膜有荧光可以作为发光材料。通过扫描电镜观察所制复合薄膜,化合物掺杂度较小且无晶体渗出,可制得较薄的复合薄膜。A DMIT(1,3-disulfide-2-thione-4,5-dithiene) compound [n-(4-nitro-benzyl)-pyridine] [Ni(dmit)2]is synthesized by using coordination cation benzylpyridinium salt and coordination anion nickel dithiene(Ⅲ) as raw materials, and the DMIT compound/PMMA composite film with 1% doping mass ratio is prepared by spin coating method. The compound is characterized by infrared spectrum, and the composite film is tested by scanning electron microscope and fluorescence spectrum. The results of fluorescence spectrum analysis show that the single compound and PMMA have no fluorescence, and the [n-(4-nitro-benzyl)-pyridine] [Ni(dmit)2]/PMMA composite film obtained after mixing has fluorescence, which can be used as luminescent materials. After scanning the obtained composite film with electron microscope, it can be found that there are few compounds and no crystal exudations. Therefore, thin composite film can be obtained.
