摘　　要：以光电信息科学与工程专业为例,提出以学生就业为目标导向的应用型人才培养模式,通过调研样本企业对口岗位的职业要求,分析了学生满足技术应用型人才要求应该具备的能力要素。Taking Photo-electronic Information Science and Engineering major as an example, a train-ing mode of application-oriented talents oriented by student employment is proposed. By investigating theoccupational requirements of counterpart positions in sample companies, the ability elements that studentsshould have to meet the requirements of technical application-oriented talents are analyzed.
