摘 要:为了提高钛基铱系涂层电极的稳定性及析氧催化活性,采用热分解法在450℃煅烧条件下制备了不同镧(La)含量的Ti/IrO_(2)+SiO_(2)+La 2O_(3)氧化物电极,采用扫描电镜(SEM)对电极的微观结构进行了表征,并通过循环伏安曲线(CV)、析氧极化曲线(LSV)及交流阻抗谱(EIS)等电化学测试手段分析其电化学性能,最后测试了电极的加速寿命(ALT).结果表明:适量的La添加可使涂层表面裂纹减少,晶粒细化,电催化活性点位增多,从而使电极表观电催化活性提高;不掺杂或者过多掺杂均会影响电极的性能.当La含量为20%时,阳极的电催化活性最大,析氧电位最低,为1.196 V,电催化性能达到最佳.掺杂量为30%时,电极拥有最长加速寿命.In order to improve the stability and oxygen evolution catalytic performance and of titanium-based Iridium coating electrodes,the Ti/IrO_(2)+SiO_(2)+La 2O_(3)electrode with different content were prepared by the thermal decomposition method at a calcination temperature of 450℃.The microstructure of the electrode was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),and Cyclic voltammetry curve(CV),linear sweep voltammetry(LSV)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)electrochemical testing methods are used to analyze its electrochemical performance,the accelerated life(ALT)of the electrode was tested at last.The results show that the addition of a proper amount of lanthanum(La)can reduce the surface cracks of the coating,refine the grains,and increase the electrocatalytic active sites,thereby improving the apparent electrocatalytic activity of the electrode.No doping or excessive doping will adversely affect the performance of the electrode.When the La content reached 20%,the electrocatalytic activity of the anode is the largest,the oxygen evolution potential reaches the lowest,which is 1.196 V,and the electrode has the best electrocatalytic performance.When the doping amount is 30%,the electrode has the longest accelerated life.
