摘　　要：国家力推生态文明建设和全面健身与全面健康发展的大背景下,体育文化是在人类社会实践中主体自我进行身体改造和意志品质的过程中产生,并且体育文化软实力在生态保护、智慧城市建立中发挥着重要的作用。新时代国家整体发展的战略思想的进一步提高和完善以经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设“五位一体”发展新布局,至此应以马克思主义给予我们科学把握和社会发展的思维和方法,将思想的抽象性转变为现实的具身性,正确、客观、科学地去认识体育生态文化主体的构成及相互之间的关系和作用,最终实现体育生态环境的良好发展,促进国家生态文明建设的和谐与发展。under the background of national efforts to promote the construction of ecological civilization and comprehensive fitness and comprehensive health development,sports culture is generated in the process of the body transformation and will quality of the subject in human social practice,and the soft power of sports culture plays an important role in ecological protection and the establishment of smart city.New era of national overall development strategy to further improve and perfect to the economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction"five one"the development of new layout,at this point should be to give us grasp of marxism and social development of thinking and method,the thought of abstractness could become a reality of the body,correctly and objectively,scientifically to realize sports ecological culture main body composition and the relationship between each other and role,and ultimately realize the good development of sports of the ecological environment,promote the harmony and development of the national ecological civilization construction.
