摘 要:本文试图从后殖民女性主义理论出发,解读《羞耻》中的边缘女性形象,小说中的女性开始通过有声话语和无声话语来表达自己。本文一方面分析小说中的女性形象是如何为自己发声,挑战男性权威的;另一方面分析指出虽然拉什迪对于第三世界的女性充满关切,但因其双重“他者”的身份,他笔下的女性和他一样都属于精神上的“流散者”,在现实国度都难以找寻到真正的自由。This paper attempts to interpret the marginalized female images in Shame from the perspective of post-colonial feminist theory,and the women in the novel begin to express themselves through vocal discourse and mute discourse.On the one hand,this paper analyzes how the female characters speak for themselves and challenge the male authority.On the other hand,the paper points out that although Rushdie is full of concern for women in the Third World,the women in his works are spiritual"diaspora"just like him because of his dual identity as"other",and it is difficult for both of them to find the real freedom in the reality.
