摘 要:航空子午胎胎体筒的成型是航空子午胎成型的关键技术。传统正反包成型方法在胎圈根部出现不均匀打褶或死褶问题,需要人工进行干预,无法实现自动化。本文针对此问题进行研究,提出了胎体筒的新的成型方法并设计开发了胎体筒收直角装置,此装置满足了新的航空子午胎成型方法要求,解决了胎圈根部打褶及胎圈定位问题,实现了航空子午胎胎体筒的自动成型。The forming of the carcass was the key technology of the aviation radial tire.The traditional forward and reverse wrapping technology had the problem of uneven pleating or dead pleating at the bead root,which needed manual intervention and could not be automated.This problem was studied,and a new forming method was proposed and a right-angle device for carcass of aviation radial tire was designed.The device was satisfied with the requirements of the new forming method of aviation radial tire,the problems of the pleating at the bead root and the positioning of the tire ring were solved,and the automatic forming of the carcass of aviation radial tire was realized.
