摘  要:作为替代、修复人体硬组织的生物材料,骨植入材料广泛应用于骨科、整形外科及牙科领域。本文综述了可用作骨科领域可降解吸收高分子材料,主要对天然高分子材料、合成高分子材料及复合高分子材料的性质特点进行了阐述。并对可降解吸收骨科高分子材料的发展趋势进行了探讨,特别是高分子材料与无机材料间进行复合,可取长补短,将是可降解吸收骨科高分子材料的发展趋势。As biological material which could replace and repair human hard tissue,bone implant materials were widely used in bone-repaired devices,orthopedics and dentistry.The biodegradable and absorbable polymer materials that could be used in the field of bone-repaired materials were reviewed,and the properties and characteristics of natural polymer materials,synthetic polymer materials and composite polymer materials were mainly described.The development trend of biodegradable bone-repaired polymer materials was discussed.It was believed that the compounding of various materials,especially the compounding of high-molecular materials and inorganic materials,could be used to complement each other,and it could be the development trend of degradable absorption bone-repaired polymer materials.
