摘 要:以种子乳液法、微悬浮法、种子微悬浮法和混合法四种聚氯乙烯(PVC)糊树脂制备PVC溶胶,采用旋转流变仪的等速升温模式,研究了不同方法PVC溶胶“黏-温”和“黏-时”流变曲线随储存时间延长的变化情况,并探讨了引起变化的原因。结果表明:随储存时间的延长,PVC溶胶的“黏-温”和“黏-时”流变曲线均呈非正态变化趋势,可分为四个阶段,即:随温度升高或时间延长,黏度先降低,后由缓慢升高到急速升高,形成一个肩峰并达到一个最大值,最后又逐步变小。随储存时间的延长,PVC溶胶在各阶段的黏度会发生显著变化,大致为增大趋势,而PVC溶胶相应的形态转变温度和时间却不会随储存时间的延长而发生改变。The changes of rheological curves of“viscosity-temperature”and“viscosity-time”of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)plastisols prepared by seed-emulsion,micro-suspension,hybrid,and seed suspension method resins with storage time were studied by using rotational rheometer in a constant heating rate and the reasons for the changes were also discussed.The rheological curves of“viscosity-temperature”and“viscosity-time”of PVC plastisols show the trend of non-normal distribution with the prolongation of storage time,which can be divided into four stages.With the increase of temperature or time,the viscosity of PVC plastisol firstly decreases,then increases slowly to rapidly,forms an acromion peak and reaches a maximum,and finally decreases gradually.With the increase of storage time,the viscosity of PVC sol in each stage will change significantly,approximately increasing trend.However,the corresponding morphologic transition temperature and time of PVC plastisol will not change with the prolongation of storage time.
